The Elite trademark is a Swiss brand recognized for quality manufacturing. The image of a local company still manufacturing in Switzerland is very important to us. We want to support its marketing efforts by using its products despite more competitive prices abroad (euro rates are favorable for purchasers).

The Smart Lease concept is a perfect example of synergy in the supplier-customer vision of sustainable development. Transferring product liability to the supplier, from beginning to end, is essential for achieving a functional economy concerned with preserving our resources and raw materials. Thanks to the concept, our hotel boasts a zero investment, a guarantee of the quality of the bedding for our guests, the assurance of rotating mattresses according to their use, after-sales service (disinfection, maintenance, repair, exchange) and freedom of choice at the end of the contract (buy-back or exchange). In this way, the bedding is a 100% variable expense, according to our occupancy rate.

We gain better cost control and availability of funds for marketing or for long-term development instead of having them tied up in infrastructure. We chose the Smart Lease rental concept because we find that the technology is cutting edge. The owner of the hotel amortizes his investment according to room occupancy, which ensures an optimization of equipment renewal and therefore avoids unnecessary replacement if the life of the equipment can be extended by taking actual utilization into account.
